Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, and in the best interests of the safety of our customers, we generally do not accept returns. If you have a special consideration, please contact us at customercare@nanaturals.com within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to evaluate your concern. To be considered for a return, your item must be sealed, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging and we may ask for pictures of the product to determine the condition. If approved, you will be refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
