Purchase and Cancellations Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy details options for these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you are placing an order that automatically repeats on the schedule you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each subsequent order until canceled. You may modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time after the first 2 shipments are completed. Please see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
We may offer pre-orders for out-of-stock, or soon-to-be-available products not yet in inventory. We may collect partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date when stock becomes available. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. Fulfilled orders cannot be canceled. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
